Warranty

Classy Christmas Trees offers a 5 year warranty on all of its trees. Classy Christmas Trees will replace or repair any defective part that fails due to faulty material or workmanship. The part will be corrected by repair or replacement without charge for 5 years from the date of purchase (tree lighting not included – see Light Warranty information below). The 5 year Classy Christmas Trees warranty is secondary to the manufacturer’s warranty when one is offered such as the 3 year warranty on the Santa’s Best G.E trees. If the defective part cannot be repaired or replaced, a credit will be issued towards the purchase of another artificial Christmas tree. The amount of the credit will be based on the purchase price of the defective tree pro-rated for the remaining life of the warranty.

Light Warranty

Classy Christmas Trees offers a one year guarantee on our artificial Christmas tree lighting. Our guarantee is secondary to any manufacturer’s guarantee.  Santa's Best G.E. trees comes with a 3 year guarantee on their light sets.  Please visit the Santa's Best G.E. web site for more information and troubleshooting information.

If your lights do not work, try our Light Set Assistance page first and follow the step-by-step instructions there. Often we find that our customers can easily fix lighting problems with a little guidance.

Return Policy – Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal at Classy Christmas Trees. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Classy Christmas Tree purchase.

• Inspect your order when you receive it. 
• If there is any visible damage on the carton, notify the shipping carrier and Classy Christmas Trees immediately. Visit our Contact Us page.

100% Guarantee Return Policy

We gladly take returns, no questions asked, for full credit on your charge card or credit towards another tree of your choice (no returns are accepted after Christmas of the purchase year, no exceptions).

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately. You may return or exchange any item within 7 days of receipt; however, the item must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition. Your return may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned and received within 60 days. A restocking fee of 60% will be charged for any item returned after sixty (60) days.

The customer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges. Please call or email us for a return authorization number.

A credit will be issued to your credit card within thirty (30) days of the date that the returned product is received at our warehouse. Returned items must be received before Christmas in the calendar year it was purchased or the return will not be accepted and no credit will be issued.
